Not taking any body's Sh**

Gen Z has heard this at least once in their life, “you are very touchy and sensitive, you should be more patient if you want to be successful in your life.

Our parents always say this to us, don't they ?

Learn to be thick skinned and avoid getting so “emotional” on little things, you will be fine.

But what our parents don't understand is we are not being emotional, because we as a generation cannot and will not take anybody's sh**

It's not about being thick skinned, I have seen people tolerate the absolute hell when it's something sensible but I have also seen women standing for themselves to their bosses because again they cannot tolerate disrespect specially in the name of jokes.

This generation knows their worth and they know how to make others respect them, it's not about not being able to tolerate sh**. It's about not wanting to.
