Disability and Inability.

 We have a well established concept that people with disabilities have a hard time trying to find a partner, and honestly it probably is as well. Because it takes time, energy and a lot of stamina as well, but why do we shade people who refuse to get married to a disabled person?

I know it seems rather harsh, but if someone knows that they won't be able to commit and do what it takes, why should they agree to it and makes their life more difficult when they know they can't handle it and hurts the other person as well.

But being disabled is also completely different for men and women in our society. Disabled women might never get married or even if they do, it's the worst possible scenario you can ever think about.

Meanwhile for men it's rather simple, they lie their way out because of course it's his wife's responsibility to take care of him even if she didn't know about it.

What all of us should be teaching every single disabled person is to take care of themselves, to not rely on someone else for their happiness, yes being happy with a disability is pretty difficult but your disability will still be there even if you get married, find your happiness within so that nobody has the power to steal it from you
